I’ve Been Away from My Desk

Due to technological snafus and real life, I’ve been away from my desk. I haven’t blogged. I haven’t called you or you or even you, nor have I written you or you a letter in response to your last card/note/letter. I haven’t even emailed you. Perhaps we’ve IMed or Google-chatted. I can be lousy like that. Remember the 70s? I do:

The garden is out of control. Beds of Shame, I call them, but plenty of tomatoes and cucumbers. Did I mention I think I’ve developed an allergy to the entire cucurbitae family? Perhaps I should make pickles.
